He holds an MBA from AGSM-University of New South Wales and a Master of Supply Chain Management from MBS - University of Melbourne, along with various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and TOGAF Business Architecture Foundation. Shashi has held senior roles at EY, Deloitte, and Queensland Rail, leading complex change initiatives that align technology with policy and business goals. Shashi's expertise spans business architecture, process reengineering, strategy development, and project management. He is recognized for bridging policy, business, and technology to deliver impactful transformations.

Amanda Tarbotton is a highly accomplished Senior Safety Executive with over two decades of experience in Defence and State Government. She holds a Master of Project Management, Master of Human Resource, and Graduate Diploma in Business, all from UNSW @ ADFA.

Amanda's extensive professional background includes serving as Executive Director for Transport for NSW, where she led a full-scale ICT transformation. She also acted as an expert ICT reviewer for the Department of Community Services through Protego Consultancy. In the private sector, Amanda was General Manager Safety & Assurance at Transdev Australia & New Zealand, overseeing transformative safety and risk management initiatives for major light rail portfolios. Her expertise encompasses transformation, risk management, safety, and project delivery.

Vinod Karwa is an experienced Enterprise and Solution Architect, with 24 years of IT experience across diverse sectors and global locations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication) and is proficient in TOGAF 10 Practitioner, ITIL, and various industry standards.

His career includes significant roles in large-scale digital transformations, cloud migrations, and merger projects for government, banking, and telecom sectors. Vinod has led modernizing legacy applications for Transport for NSW and implemented OSS/BSS Solutions for major telecom companies. His expertise spans enterprise and solution architecture, AI and LLM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise security.

Prabhat Pandey is a seasoned Senior Executive, having formerly dedicated over a decade to EY, where he served as a Partner and Senior Director. With over 24 years of experience, he drives value, optimization, and digital transformation. Prabhat holds an MBA from London Business School and AGSM @ UNSW Business, and a Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering) from IIT-BHU. Previously, he was a Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services Limited for 11 years. His skills include Change Management, Negotiation, and Pricing Strategy. Prabhat's expertise covers leveraging AI, digitization, and process streamlining for measurable outcomes.

Sushovit Razdan, Product Engineer at Digital Ingenuity AU, brings expertise in software development and data analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science and Engineering) from Manipal Institute of Technology, India, and a Master of Computer Science (Machine Learning and Big Data) from the University of Wollongong. His professional journey began as an Applications Development Specialist at Honeywell India, where he developed automation solutions for optimizing processes and saving significant manual effort. Following this, Sushovit held multiple roles at Qualcomm India for over 2.5 years, progressing to Senior Software Engineer, focusing on embedded systems, modem software, and automation. His skills include programming, performance optimization, and software testing.
